Jim & John moved the business to its current location at 5555 Woodville Road, in Northwood, OH.

Edward Jr.’s sons, Jim and John joined the family business, and they continue to run the organization today.

Land was purchased on South Hawley St. and built and office and shop.
1950

The company moved from residential sewers work to commercial mainline sewers and water line installations.
First major job was the Sears Store at Westgate Shopping Center, near the intersection of Secor Road and Central.

Edward Kelly, Sr. started a residential sewer cleaning business out of his home.
Soon thereafter, Edward, Jr and Al Kelly started working for their dad as teenagers.

Edward Kelly, Sr. emigrated from Ireland to Toledo, Ohio
He worked for “Oldman Tansey” at Tansey-Harris Co. when a brick street extension was added on to Monroe St.
