ODOT 611 TESTING & REPAIR
The Ohio Department of Transportation has established very specific standards that have to be followed when new pipe is installed in new projects or repair projects. This work consists of constructing conduits and building or reconstructing drainage structures. This work also includes preparing installation plans, performing inspections, and providing reports and other required documentation.

ODOT and municipalities want to make sure that all new installations and repair projects are tight and will not create sinkholes in the future.

These are known as the ODOT 611 testing and repair standards:
Occasionally, a pipe may not be laid properly, and we will install a camera, determine the issues and then have a packer grout that section. We will then run an air test to confirm that the repair was successful. If the joint fails the air test, then we will regrout, and retest.
